Appraisal Education


Over 2750 hours of specialized Real Estate education with focus on appraisal, sales, economics, history and finance. Created and presented 10+ seminars to other appraisers, FBI, Realtors, home investors and others interested in the Real Estate profession.

Guest professor at CSU Appraisal Principals Class every year since 2013 with a site visit of new home development. Inspection on new home and determine sales, adjustments, and difficulties.

During the last 25 years, I have done over 60 appraisals with the potential of giving expert testimony (for divorce, city or county valuations, reviews of possible bias or fraudulent appraisals, eminent domain/condemnation work, construction defect, Real Estate Broker reviews of contract and office policies, and expert on new build (spec home) issues).
